A Lovely Malayalam song with its translation

Thanks to http://www.bollywhat-forum.com/index.php?topic=17514.0

This is such a lovely song.. I heard it at least 75 times in the last 5 hours.. Wanted the translation to be on record for others who are as bad as I am at Malayalam...

I feel the translation has not done full justice to the essence of the song.. still it is worth the reference...

Ente kalbile vennilaavu nee
my heart's? full moon you're
nalla paattukakra
good singer
thattamittu njaan kathuvachoren
covered with my scarf? i have hidden
mullamottiloorum athoronnu vende [2]
the honey? of jasmine flower don't you want
atharonnu vende ente koottukaara
don't you want the honey?
sulthaante chelukaara
handsome sulthan

ninte punchiri paalinullile
in your laughter milk
ninte punchiri paalinullile
in your laughter milk
panchasaarayaavaam
to be the sugar
ninte nenjile dafumottumaayi ennumenteyaavam
in your chest Huh to forever become mine
oppanaykku nee kooduvaan
for you to join the oppana [a type of muslim dance]
mailaanchi monchonnu kaanuvaan
to see the redness of the henna
oppanaykku nee kooduvaan
for you to join the oppana
mailaanchi monchonnu kaanuvaan
to see the redness of the henna
enthu maathramennaagrahangale modi vachuvenno [ente]
how many desires i have hidden

thottu meettuvaan ulla thanthirkal
to play the strings of the harp
thottu meettuvaan ulla thanthirkal
to play the strings of the harp
potttumenna pole
so that they break
thottaduthu nee ninnuvenkilum
even though you stand closeby
kai thodaanjathenthe
why didn't our hands touch
laalanagalil mooluvaan
to hum in your flirtations
kai thalamittonnu paaduvaan
to sing with hand claps
laalanagalil mooluvaan
to hum in your flirtations
kai thalamittonnu paaduvaan
to sing with hand claps
ethra vattamen kalchilankakal melle konchiyenno [ente]
how many times my anklets slowly moved
